Description
The articles in this collection were all written by undergraduate German law students who participated in the advance Legal English programme at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Each of the contributions here deals with a current legal issue pertaining directly to, or considerably affecting, German law and the German legal system. In this volume, matters regarding criminal law, international law, IP law, banking law and also climate law are discussed in a manner which makes them easily accessible to the non-German jurist or simply to those readers without a legal background who are interested in discovering some of the most salient recent developments in German law.
