In this context, especially the winding is optimized, focusing bar-wound windings with rectangular cross sections. This approach replaces complicated winding processes by bending, assembling and joining technologies, that can be controlled easier. Derived from this, advantages in series production can be quoted as well as product-related benefits like an enhancement of the copper fill ratio. Manufacturing of the high number of contacts poses a substantial challenge for the application of bar-wound windings, as they have to comply with extensive mechanical and electrical requirements.<\/p>\n<p>In this dissertation an analysis comes to the result, that laser technologies show considerable potentials for the contacting of bar-wound windings with rectangular cross-sections. For this reason, the removal of the insulation from copper conductors by means of different laser technologies is examined. Powerful infrared lasers are applied to realize the joining task and interdependencies between process variables, workpiece properties and the quality of the contact produced are investigated. Based on the findings, a generic manufacturing chain for opened bar-wound windings is analyzed and the impact of dependencies overarching the process chain is quantified with a systematics. The dissertation closes with a concept, showing how the findings of this work can be used to realize a stable contacting process in the context of the production chain for bar-wound windings.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Angetrieben durch die Elektrifizierung des automobilen Antriebsstrangs durchlaufen elektrische Maschinen eine rasante Entwicklung.
