Inhomogene plastische Dehnungsverteilungen, die dabei typischerweise auftreten, f\u00fchren jedoch zum Verbleiben von Eigenspannungen im Werkstoff, welche zu unerw\u00fcnschten Effekten f\u00fchren und das Erm\u00fcdungsverhalten ma\u00dfgeblich beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nDas in dieser Arbeit verfolgte Ziel ist die Erarbeitung einer Methode zur eigenspannungssensitiven Prozessauslegung. Anhand eines Referenz-prozesses wurde die Eigenspannungsentstehung beim Voll-Vorw\u00e4rts-Flie\u00dfpressen des rostfreien Stahls X6Cr17 numerisch und experimentell untersucht. Darauf aufbauend wurden Steuer- und St\u00f6rgr\u00f6\u00dfen zur Eigenspannungseinstellung qualifiziert und deren Auswirkungen quantifiziert. Unter zyklisch-mechanischer Bauteilbelastung wurden verschiedene Relaxationsmuster identifiziert. Hinsichtlich der thermischen Belastung wurde ein Prozessfenster erarbeitet, innerhalb dessen stabile Eigenspannungen vorliegen. Darauf aufbauend wurde ein modellbasierter Zusammenhang zwischen der Temperatur, der Belastungsdauer und der Eigenspannungsstabilit\u00e4t abgeleitet.<br \/>\nCold forging processes such as forward rod extrusion are used as a resource- and energy-efficient manufacturing method for metal components. Inhomogeneous plastic strain distributions, which typically occur during this process, lead to residual stresses remaining in the workpiece, which can cause unfavorable effects and significantly influence the fatigue behavior.\nThe objective pursued in this thesis is the development of a method for residual stress-sensitive process design. Using a reference process, the generation of residual stresses during forward rod extrusion of the stainless steel X6Cr17 was investigated numerically and experimentally.  Based on this, control and disturbance variables for residual stress adjustment were qualified and their effects were quantified. Different relaxation patterns were identified under cyclic mechanical component loading. With regard to thermal loading, a process window was determined within which stable residual stresses are present. Based on this, a model-based relationship between temperature, load duration and residual stress stability was derived.\nIt was demonstrated that the fatigue strength of extruded components can be influenced by residual stress control during forming.
